Publication: Vogue.es
Photography: Ruben Vega
Styling: Noelia Terrón-Laya
Model: Kasia Stuss

//I have never really payed much attention to Kasia Stuss because, well, she is a brunette, but it seems she really is fantastic. I love the simple, classical, elegant styling.

//292/ Streetstyle 045

Middle Campus, University of Cape Town

//Jersey: Traffic // Skirt:Take Care //
// Boots: Country Road // Sunglasses: Dolce& Gabbana //
(which makes this a 50% South African outfit!)

//So, this may or may not be myself. I don't really like posting pictures of myself but sometimes it's easier in terms of photographing convenience. Here I am at university looking particularly awkward.

//If you're wondering about my hair colour...my ends are peroxided!

//291/ Video: White Mischief // Katryn Kruger for KLUK/CGDT

Katryn Kruger for KLUK/CGDT

//I am quite proud to show off this wonderful video for KLUK/CGDT (not that I had anything to do with it) featuring the increasingly popular South African model Katryn Kruger. KLUK/CGDT is one of the bigger designer houses (if one can call it that?) in South Africa and they make truly beautiful clothing: take a look at it here. Apart from that they seem to be warm, genuine people which matters a great deal.

//I love the background song and the fun, silly approach and of course Katryn Kruger's beauty is out of this world.

//287/ SS2013RTW: Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana Spring-Summer Ready-To-Wear 2013

//Here are some of my favourite looks from the 80-strong Dolce & Gabbana collection. Despite the fact that there were so many different looks (some I haven't included here, such as the horizontal stripes or the ones with lace), Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana managed to maintain a strong brand identity and that is what I love about Dolce & Gabbana. They consistently re-create the Sicilian woman, either lively in colours and prints or regal in black. One could consider this predictable, but I feel as though they manage to innovate in spite of sticking to the same theme.

//Also, this collection is unapologetically spring.While with some spring-summer collections it is difficult to identify the spring in them, this one is so bright and skimpy and simply unmistakably spring.

//More on the collection on OOOK.

//03/ Dress: Utah Desert

Daria Werbowy for US Vogue, January 2010
//As much as I would love to post material from the current season, we are as usual a season behind and the Fall/Winter shows at the moment may be amazing but alas not very appropriate for the beautiful summer that awaits us. So here some inspiration from the previous season for some more than just pretty summer dress.
