//The real beauty of these two photographs was lost in the black and white: this girl has fiery red hair which made her look super fierce in a really cool way. Her hair kind of belied her personality...she was in fact really soft-spoken, super shy and somewhat perplexed as to why I would want to photograph her.

Pink Week 2010

//It was Pink Week not so long ago at my varsity. The idea was to dedicate an entire week to celebrate homosexuality. I found it a little silly to have a whole week to celebrate your sexuality, but okay it is a harmless idea. Not so harmless was that the "Pink Closet" which was put up to commemorate homophobic deaths was burnt down. Sickening, that any persons attending a University could be so prejudiced and hmmm maybe limited as to commit such a hateful crime.
