//125/ Look 005

Shoes: Theodora and Callum, Biarritz printed linen wedge sandals
Bikini: Mara Hoffman, Aztec-print balconette bikini
Sunglasses: L.G.R., Emma acetate sunglasses

//Here in Cape Town summer is somewhat reluctant in giving way to fall-much less to winter, thank goodness!- so why bother about thinking winter clothing just quite yet. Besides I know that most of you have your tickets booked to Thailand, Spain, Australia, in my case Berlin, or wherever else it is you are seeking warmth, so here's to an endless summer filled with bright colours, silk-blends and clashing prints...

//123/ Dress: Zara April 2011 Lookbook

Zara April 2011 Lookbook

//Oh yes, I know this re-posting is getting somewhat tedious, but I am very busy at the moment...I am however still photographing a lot. Anyway this is really some next level shit and got me excited to shop in Berlin in June and July. Yes, of course I will focus on local designers, but Zara really does have a lot to offer too. This is majorly inspired by the Céline and Jil Sanders collections but what the hell, it`s affordable...

//122/ Dress: Mango Spring Lookbook 2011

Mango Spring Lookbook 2011
Photography: Terry Richardson
Model: Isabeli Fontana

//The different components of this lookbook are all not too awful: there are some decent pieces, the photography is okay, the setting is nice. What really makes it however, is the beautiful Isabeli and her ability to look totally natural in front of the camera. She even managed to save the dreadful styling, which really was quite bad in some of the images (I selected only the best). So there you go: the model does actually need to be "talented"...

//121/ Dress: Men

Publication: Another Magazine
Model: Jay

//I have been asked on several occasions to post "guy stuff", so here you have it. Okay, this is most likely not what you imagined when you asked for male dress, but let us for once put away the white T-Shirt and skinny jeans and look at something more...elaborate. Draped materials, ruby shirts, suits, chains (!): this is taking male dress to a whole nother level. So here's to men putting more effort into dressing...
