//261/ Dress: Jagger Genes

J. Lindeberg Spring 2012 Book
Photography: Eric Guillemain
Styling: Katie Burnett
Location: The Stone Pony
Model: Lizzie Jagger

//Lovely Lizzie clearly inherited a fair portion of the Jagger Genes. This editorial kind of makes me want to declare suit pants (and blazers I suppose) a permanent staple in my wardrobe. I have considered it before (inspired by my cousin who only ever wear suit pants and skate shoes and perhaps to a certain extent by Luxirare ) and if I can find a source for decent, well-tailored suit pants they will most certainly be the only pants I wear this winter (anyone?).

//In other news here is an interesting article on how Condé Nast International is (finally) "seizing the digital opportunity" (delayed much....??)...

//150/ Dress: Bambi for Zara TRF May 2011 Lookbook

Zara TRF May 2011 Lookbook
Model: Bambi Northwood-Blyth

//On the topic of great Tee's, here is the feisty Bambi sporting some pretty sweet ones in outtakes from the latest Zara TRF Lookbook. Sometimes a good T-Shirt is enough to set you apart from the masses....

//123/ Dress: Zara April 2011 Lookbook

Zara April 2011 Lookbook

//Oh yes, I know this re-posting is getting somewhat tedious, but I am very busy at the moment...I am however still photographing a lot. Anyway this is really some next level shit and got me excited to shop in Berlin in June and July. Yes, of course I will focus on local designers, but Zara really does have a lot to offer too. This is majorly inspired by the Céline and Jil Sanders collections but what the hell, it`s affordable...

//122/ Dress: Mango Spring Lookbook 2011

Mango Spring Lookbook 2011
Photography: Terry Richardson
Model: Isabeli Fontana

//The different components of this lookbook are all not too awful: there are some decent pieces, the photography is okay, the setting is nice. What really makes it however, is the beautiful Isabeli and her ability to look totally natural in front of the camera. She even managed to save the dreadful styling, which really was quite bad in some of the images (I selected only the best). So there you go: the model does actually need to be "talented"...

//34/ Dress: Zara Lookbook November 2010

Zara Lookbook November 2010

//Hmm, well look at this...some new Zara stuff, clearly drawing inspiration from Chloé and
Céline. It may not be all that appropriate for our summer, but I think some key items can be worked into summer dress...and a pair of well-fitted trousers are appropriate pretty much any time anywhere.
